Our coaches have a wide range of expertise gained from the proprietary Active Life continuing educational programs. They are equipped to work with members who are just starting their fitness journey, post operative and rehabilitation needs and athletes at all levels.
Each program begins with a detailed functional assessment. With this as a baseline, we develop a customized training program that targets members’ specific needs and goals. Our TEAM works tirelessly to ensure each session is challenging, engaging, and delivers results.
These programs, combined with the State of the Art Equipment and Functional Training Facilities, ensure members reach their fitness goals.

ERIN ALLEVA
Erin’s passion for fitness started with her own journey back in 2018. Finding a love for the gym and taking care of her body jump started her career in the fitness industry. She has a passion for teaching her clients that a healthy lifestyle can fit into a busy schedule.
As a coach, her goal is to help clients feel confident inside and outside of the gym.
BRYCE SCULLY
Born and raised in Island Park, NY, Bryce is a certified personal trainer by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), specializing in fat loss, bodybuilding, and long-term body transformations. What truly ignites her passion is guiding others to shift their mindsets and become their best selves. Witnessing her clients push past what they initially thought they were capable of, and seeing their transformations, reminds her each day of the power of fitness and why she loves what she does.
ERIKA SHAKUR
Erika has a passion for understanding human movement and the ways in which it can improve pain.
Working as a personal trainer for 7 years she has gained the understanding that “fitness” and “wellness” hold individualized meanings to everyone. She cares deeply about educating her clients on how to exceed physical and mental boundaries.
