Membership Cancellation Policies
updated as of February 1st, 2025 as per NYS LAW
For ALL cancellations, we require PROPER NOTICE:
ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECIEVING NOTIFICATION.
IF MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE DUE DURING THIS TIME PERIOD, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT PAYMENT.
IF NO MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE DUE WITHIN THE 10 DAY PERIOD YOU WILL NOT INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF ALL BALANCES ARE CURRENT
Member can transfer the current membership for FREE.
Membership must be in good financial standing with no outstanding balance. If balance is owed, this must be cleared prior to cancelation. All outstanding payments are sent to collections after 30 days.

If cancellation is due to a MOVE (10+ miles from gym location), please email proof to email address above along with cancellation request.
Freeze Policies
Membership Freeze Policies
All FREEZE requests must be received by management by the 15 of the month
We DO NOT charge a FEE to Freeze, and for that reason we freeze for MEDICAL ONLY.
We DO NOT FREEZE FOR 1-3 MONTHS OF TRAVEL
3+ Months of Travel with PROOF OF TRAVEL REUQIRED FOR FREEZE
We FREEZE for a MAXIMUM of 6 months unless otherwise noted by medical
